Return Policy

For online orders only. This does not apply to made-to-order gowns.

RETURNS WITHIN THE US

We offer returns on all eligible merchandise orders in the US within 14 business days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Note that if your item is a custom order, is noted “MADE-TO-ORDER”, or “final sale”, it is in fact final sale, and we cannot accept it as a return.

Please return all items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if we see signs of usage.

Postage for your return will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Unveiled Bridal is not responsible for the following: Damage resulting from mishandling, damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods, general wear and tear, damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment or changes in the appearance of finishes over time.

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, right now we don’t accept returns for international orders. Please review the product carefully before purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 days of your item being received by Unveiled Bridal.

EXCHANGES

We cannot process exchanges or store credit. If you would like to exchange something, we can issue a refund and you can purchase the new item.
